The make up table model Canolino is designed to produce a wide variety of products, such as puff- pastry products, yeasted products and other pastry specialities.

Canolino is easy to use and mounted on wheels, it has an affordable cost that make it very advantagious for the use in small and medium-sized bakeries.

The make up table Canolino can be combined with a wide range of easy-to-use and intercheangeable accessories that can be changed in a short time.

It can also be equipped with an electric guillotine, – that by positioning it on the conveyor – can be moved on the desired position. The guillotine can be used with cutting blades or with different cutting dies.

In addition to the electric guillotine, the make-up table can be equipped with electric depositors with 4 or 6 outlets suitable for dosing creamy products with spot, continuous or intermittent dosing, dough gauging roller with flour dusters and other production accessories and tools.

The make-up table Canolino is PLC-controlled and equipped with a touch screen with the ability to store and recall programs and parameters for managing various work functions.

Since the various standard components and accessories are electrically operated, there is generally no need to use compressed air. All motors are driven and controlled by inverters.

These make-up tables are available in the standard version with a usable width of 600 mm.
