MAKE UP TABLE MODEL CANOL- LINE TOP
The make up table model Canol-Line is designed to produce a wide variety of products, such as puff- pastry products, yeasted products and other pastry specialities.
A pneumatic guillotine is installed on the make up table with electronic synchronisation with a possible dosing machine. Various types of blades or cutting dies can be installed on the guillotine to obtain a wide range of products cut into the desired shapes. The make up tables are controlled by PLC controlled and equipped with a touch screen with the ability to store and recall programs and parameters for managing various work functions. and programmed by means of touch screen with the possibility of memorising and recalling programmes and manageing parameters of the various work functions. The Mod. Canol-Line make up table offers the advantage of high flexibility and production capacity combined with ease of use.
Canol offers a wide range of accessories required to produce a wide variety of pastry products such as electric filling depositors with 4 or 6 outlets suitable for spot, continuous or intermittent dosing of creamy products as well as other accessories such as:
- Wire mesh conveyor with rotating disks humidifier and sugar or seed dispenser
- Revolving upper belt
- Spreading conveyor
- Product panning system
- Other accessories upon customer request
A characteristic feature of the TOP version of the model Canol-Line make-up table is the elevated position of the electrical cable duct with plugs for connecting all accessories and components controllable from the Touch Screen control panel and managed by the PLC. These production lines are available in standard versions with useful widths of 600 mm and 800 mm.
